Last week was such a crazy busy fun week. We never stopped going and I can defiantly feel that summer is here because it is always so busy. Yesterday we finally got our yard finished by laying sod. We seriously have the best family and friends that came to help us! There is no way we could have done it without them. I’m so happy and relieved to see our beautiful grass. I will post pictures of our end results soon. Right when we were getting to the end the rain started pouring down on us and we had to hurry and finish so our dirt wouldn’t turn to mud and we had so much fun running around in the rain trying to get all the pieces put in and cut.The rain was dripping down our faces but we were so close to finishing our all day project that we embraced it. Tonight we sat and enjoyed the beautiful weather, and our new yard. It feels so good and cool for a summer night. Every girl needs a skirt she can twirl in. My girls are always twirling in their dresses and today they could not stop looking at my pretty skirt. They just loved it when I twirled for them. Also look at that beautiful patch work grass a much better scene than dirt.
